List of Documents Required for SOL DU Admission 2018-19

Are you preparing for the admission in B.A. (Programme), B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.A. (Hons.) English, B.A. (Hons.) Pol. Science in School of Open Learning (SOL) DU and not sure about what are the documents required for the admission then you are on the right page here I am going to share the complete list of documents required for the admission in UG Courses in SOL DU 2018-19.

There are 4 cases and each case required different documents the 4 cases are

  1. Students Passed from CBSE Board (2006-18)
  2. Students Passed from CBSE Board Delhi
  3. Students Passed from other than CBSE Boards, CBSE compartment cases and CBSE (Non- Delhi Region)
  4. Students of Reserved Category and BPL category

SOL DU Admission Date Schedule 2018

Case 1: List of Documents Required for Students Passed from CBSE Board (2006-18)

If you want to take admission in B.A. & B.Com and you have completed your classed 12th without compartment then you are eligible for case 1, before you do apply for admission please remember you must have any of the course in Class 12th.

  • English A/B
  • Hindi A/B
  • Punjabi A
  • Urdu A
  • Tamil A

If you have any of these subjects then you can apply for B.A. & B.com via the sol portal online and you are required following documents

  • Scanned Photograph
  • Scanned Documents
  • Other educational documents will not be uploaded at the time of admission. However, on demand, it will be produced/uploaded as per requirenment.

Case 2: List of Documents Required for Students Passed from CBSE Board

Students passed from CBSE 2018 (Delhi Regior, opted compulsory languages courses as English-C/Hindi-C/Punjabi-B/Urdu-B/Tamil-B of the B.Com and B.A. Programe and student applying for B.Com(Hons.)Pol.Sci. have to uploaded following documents:
  • Recent Photograph and Signature
  • Self Attested copy of Class-X Marksheet.
  • Self Attested copy of Class-Xll Marksheet.

Case 3: List of Documents Required for Students Passed from other than CBSE Boards, CBSE compartment cases and CBSE (Non- Delhi Region)

Students who have passed class 12th from other than CBSE Board, CBSE compartment cases and CBSE (Non-Delhi Region) if you are not a resident of Delhi have to upload the following documents:

  • Recent Photograph and Signature
  • Self Attested copy of Class-X Certificate and Marksheet.
  • Self Attested copy of Class-Xll Certificate and Marksheet.
  • (current students can send scanned copy of the Provisional Certificate)
  • Scanned copy of Migration Certificate ( if the candidates studied from boards other than Delhi like NIOS, UP,Bihar,Haryana, Rajasthan etc.)

Case 4: List of Documents Required for Students of Reserved Category and BPL category

If you are belongs to SC/ST/OBC or PWD category then  you have to provide the below mentioned documents to get the concession in fees.

  • Self Attested copy of Reverse Category Certificate of the candidates only, if applicable (SC/ST/OBC/PWD etc. candidates) certificate of the candidate must be have been issued before the date of admission.
  • Self attested copy of Original Income Certificate, if applying for fee concession/Financial Assistance.
  • Self attested copy of BPL/AAY Ration Card, if applying for Financial Assistance.

Please Note:

Photograph Size

  • The size of the photograph should more than 4 kb and less than 24 kb
  • resolution size of the photograph should be 100 pixel width and 120 pixel height in .jpg format.

Signature Size

  • The size of the signature should more than 1 kb and less than 12 kb
  • resolution size of the signature should be 40 pixel width and 60 pixel height in .jpg format.

The digital size of the file other than Photograph and Signature (like 10th Marksheet, 12th Marksheet, 12th Certificate, etc) must be less than 2 MB(.pdf format).
