The School of Open Learning (SOL) is a part of the Campus of Open Learning formerly known as The School of Correspondence Courses and Continuing Education, established under the University of Delhi (DU) in 1962, is a pioneer Institution in the field of Distance Education in India. Eligibility Criteria for the Admission in School of Open Learning (SOL) University of Delhi

Category A – Students who are residing in India.

Category B – Students residing abroad and getting mail through the diplomatic bag c/o Ministry of External Affairs.

Category C – Indian Nationals who are residing abroad and the foreign nationals seeking admission through Deputy Dean, Foreign Students, University of Delhi.

Category D – Students who belongs to persons with disablities category and are seeking admission with attached proof.

Science for SOL DU Admission, well the answer is that you don’t have to visit the School of Open Learning (SOL) building you can get the admission form online through the official site of sol.du.ac.in here.

How to Register for SOL DU Admission Online

If you are tech savvy then you can apply online through the official channel of Sol DU for following courses B.A. (Programme), B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.A. (Hons.) English, B.A. (Hons.) Political Science  you can also apply via your mobile phone you just have to follow below mentioned steps and need a decent internet speed connect.

  • Visit the official site of sol.du.ac.in and click on admission or access this link www.sol.du.ac.in/admission
  • Now click on “New User” button and register online please enter valid email id and phone number as you will receive the login details on your email and phone number.
  • After successful registration now click on “Registered User” and login.
  • Now provided the registered email id once again and password, click on submit button.
  • Enter your personal details accordingly.
  • Upload the relevant documents in and click on Save button.
  • Now you have to verify your details after verifying click on proceeding for payment button. Tick mark the acknowledgement box and click on verify button and submit the details.
  • Select the payment mode, net banking, credit card, debit card etc.
  • Once you make the payment you will see your SOL ROLL NUMBER and FEE RECEIPT NUMBER on the screen
  • Now click on “Print Fee Receipt”  to view and download it in .pdf format for future reference.
